Can we buy media for you? Sure, but I believe a monkey could actually do that but I have not had the time to prove it yet. Can we layout some ads? You bet. Can we design a fantastic web site for you? Bet your bottom dollar we can. But, without a strategy to drive it, we won’t even consider it.
The idea is everything. It keeps us on track and keeps us honest. Would you set sail on a ship when the captain has no maps or a course set? No. Then refuse to listen to anyone who wants to take your hard earned money and sling it against some make believe wall and see if any of it sticks.
We are not chasing page views or GRP’s, we are chasing results; plain and simple. If we cannot get you a return on your investment we should be fired! Creativity is number one with us.

Why you should not advertise
That’s right, I said it. You should not advertise until of course you have read this. Why is it we as human beings plan everything in our lives? All the important moments, all the events that mean something to us, we plan for college; we plan for our children coming into the world.
We even plan our own funerals and we are not even going to be there, so to speak. But yet we will charge right into an advertising campaign with little more preparation than what’s it going to cost, how much is a spot, what’s the price per column inch or how many views will we get.
There is usually no real planning into the most important piece of the pie, the Idea! Without the big, thought out carefully, well planned idea none of the other stuff counts.
How many times have we over heard business owners say ”I spent so much money on this or that form of advertising and nothing ever happened?” And when you ask them “well what was the idea?”, and they look at you with a "deer in the headlights" stare.
NO IDEA, none , no thought given to the creative, no thought given to the tracking of the campaign at all. The money would have been better spent lighting the charcoal grill for this weekend’s cookout.
Look, advertising works. It’s that simple. Ask Jay Abraham, ask David Ogilvy, ask Drayton Bird. Ask the great ones if you must. If you’re advertising didn’t work guess whose fault it is……YOURS.
